Appointment Policy

To ensure the best possible experience for all clients, fairness to staff & longevity of a small business, we have strict appointment policies in effect.

Reschedule Fee - $15 fee per service is required to make ANY changes in time or day within 24 hours of your appointment. This applies even if you are making changes within the same day.

Cancellation Fee50% of services booked will be charged for any cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment time.

No-Show Fee- Full fee of all services booked will be charged in the event of a "no-show" appointment.

If you book an appointment within the 24 hour period (ex.you make the appointment at 10pm for 10am the following day) you WILL be held accountable to both the reschedule AND/OR cancellation policy, as staffing arrangements have been made.

Due to COVID-19, we will be waiving cancellation fees for anyone who is experiencing COVID symptoms and cancels within 24 hours. Please do not come to your appointment if you are unwell.

Late Policy

To keep everyone on time for their busy lives, clients more than 10 minutes late for their appointment may be subject to a canceled or bumped appointment time. We will do our best to keep everyone on schedule!

Group Booking Policy

For groups of 3 or more credit card is required at time of booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of service(s) booked. All no shows will be charged full price of service(s) booked.

Package Details

Services purchased within a package must be redeemed on same day/visit by one guest. If purchased as a gift certificate, services can be broken up, but will change the certificate to a monetary value, voiding the “package” pricing.

Series Details

Series package is non- refundable, nontransferable & expires 1 year from purchase date.

Membership Details

Services DO roll over to next month. Yay! Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Membership does not include services with bonded extensions. Extra fee will apply. Your credit card will be charged automatically on the day of initial purchase and on the same day of the month ongoing. To discontinue your membership, we simply require 14 days’ notice before your scheduled payment date.

Gift Cards Policy

No refunds or cash value on Gift cards. Not valid in conjunction with any offers/discounts.

Extension Policy

Here at Styled. We will gladly add your clip ins to any style but we will not be responsible for any damage caused during or after your appointment.
