Please know in order to book an appointment, we will require a credit card on file OR full payment of services booked paid 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This information is securely stored by our 3rd party booking system (Booker/Mindbody) and cannot be seen by the Styled Team once entered. These policies are in place to ensure fairness to other clients, the Styled Team & ensure the longevity of our small business. This is a nonnegotiable policy.


To ensure the best possible experience for all clients, fairness to staff & longevity of a small business, we have strict appointment policies in effect.

Reschedule Fee - $10 fee per service is required to make ANY changes in time or day within 24 hours of your appointment. This applies even if you are making changes within the same day.

Cancellation Fee50% of services (to a maximum of $15 per service) booked will be charged for any cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment time.

No-Show Fee- 50% of all services booked (no maximum per service) will be charged in the event of a "no-show" appointment.

If you book an appointment within the 24 hour period ( make the appointment at 10pm for 10am the following day) you WILL be held accountable to both the reschedule AND/OR cancellation policy, as staffing arrangements have been made.


As we continue to focus on the health and happiness of our community & clientele,  we will keep certain protocols from the past 2 years in place.

Upon your visit to the lounge, this is what you can expect...

  • Continued hand sanitizing upon entry.
  • Plexiglass at all manicure stations.
  • A comfortable distance will remain between all stations.
  • Single use items for all esthetic services (files, buffers etc)
  • Consistent sanitizing of high traffic areas
  • Masks will be worn by staff during any/all close contact services such as facials & brow services.

If you would like to wear a mask to your appointment, we wholeheartedly respect your decision. If you choose not to wear a mask to your appointment, we wholeheartedly respect your decision. Simple as that.
