COVID-19 Protocols & Policies

We believe it is our social responsibility to protect our clients, staff & families by putting forth strict COVID-19 policies. Measures we currently have in place....


- Masks required at all times (both clients & team)
- COVID screening questions prior to entry using COVIDControl app
- Hand sanitizing, as well as sanitation of cell phone upon entry
- All stations min. of 6ft apart to ensure ample space for social distancing
- Plexiglass at manicure tables & front desk
- All clients must come alone (unless their guest also has a scheduled appt) and wait outside until appointment time & leave immediately after to limit number of people inside at any given time
- Designated entrance & exit doors

The lounge is also treated with Zoono, a spray disinfectant that remains active and effective on ALL surfaces for 30+ days, along with bi- weekly testing of high touch points.

Please know in order to book an appointment, we will require a credit card on file OR full payment of services booked paid 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. These policies are in place due to limited time & availability as a result of capacity restrictions.
